Protest of canal is small but determined – ContraCostaTimes.com

So the great “Million Boat Float” to protest the Peripheral Canal was this weekend.  The grand total of participants? 16.  Yes, that is the total.  The Westside ag groups have been criticized for paying for protesters and hiring PR firms, but at least they get people to show up.  16?  You have to be kidding!
